"Kelly is an artist. Whether you’re having your first, fiftieth, or five-hundredth colonic, go to her. Many, many years ago, I read some blurb about colonics in a magazine. My interest was peaked, so I researched all about them online. I had no specific health problems; I was simply attracted to the idea of better health, increased energy, and helping my body rid itself of the accumulated toxins and such. The whole concept sounded great…except it also sounded rather embarrassing, too personal, and possibly physically uncomfortable. In time, I cast aside my concerns, went searching, and found Kelly. This was before her or many others even had websites, and the word of mouth in this area was (still is?) rather limited because of the subject matter, so it was basically a roll of the dice that I picked her, but I truly came up the winner.
Luck was with me as I believe I found the best. On my very first visit, her smile, warmth, and welcoming demeanor put me immediately at ease. She understood my apprehensions and patiently and professionally addressed all my questions and concerns. The procedure itself was cleanly, comfortably, and even soothingly performed all thanks to Kelly’s technical expertise and nurturing approach. I felt so safe and cared for even though I was in what one could consider a rather vulnerable position. That first experience led me back; each visit was as good as the last; some were even better. After each session I felt lighter, more refreshed both physically and — I’ll say this corny or not — spiritually thanks to Kelly teaching me to release all the internal muck we carry around even if only during our time together.
But why do I call her an artist? I had to move out of the area for an 18-month work assignment; I rolled the dice again and went for a colonic with another person, then another, then another, and yet one other. Something was wrong with each experience. Whether it was cold attitudes or cold equipment, mechanical moves or disinterested deportment, the job got done, but it never felt done well. When I returned to the area and could meet again with Kelly, I realized the difference. Kelly is an artist. She cares about what she does; she cares about the whole person; she has an innate sense of when one is holding back or letting go; she nurtures the person and the process to make it easy, complete, and just right. Her touch is a gift."
